2 slices white bread
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons White vinegar
½ teaspoon Mustard
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, trim, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Remove crust from white bread, cut into small cubes and fry in a pan with hot butter until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towel.

3.

Mix vinegar in a bowl with mustard, sugar and season with salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in oil.

4.

Mix prepared salad ingredients in a bowl with the salad dressing mix, arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with croutons.
