- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 2 tsps Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 4 handfuls Chard leaf (torn)
- 1 ½ cups Bean sprout
- ½ cup Pine nuts (toasted)
- ½ cup raisins
Preparation steps
1.
Whisk together the mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper until thickened.
2.
Toss the chard leaves and beansprouts in the dressing and arrange in a serving bowl.
3.
Scatter over the pine nuts and raisins.
