Greek Style Iced Coffee
This slightly sweet coffee is so refreshing for the summer months. It is higher in sugar and calories than a regular coffee, but it is very satisfying and fun to treat yourself every once in a while!
You can always use alternative milks for this recipe, and you can always blend it as well to make it more of a frappuccino.
Fill the cold coffee into ice cube trays, and freeze for 2 hours until solid.
Mix the espresso with the cold milk, sugars, and 17 ounces of cold water in a cocktail shaker. Shake well until thoroughly combined. Whip the cream. Pour the espresso mixture into cups, add the coffee ice cubes, and garnish with the whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
