preserved lemons (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chicken on all sides until golden.

Remove from the pan, add the onion and garlic and cook until golden. Return the chicken to the pan, then add the spices, preserved lemons, almonds, bay and stock and simmer for 30 minutes or until cooked.
3.
Add the olives, cook for 5 minutes, then adjust the seasoning.
4.
Serve with cous cous or rice.
