For the puddings
5 ounces Dark chocolate (60% cocoa solids, broken)
1 ⅔ cups cream (48% fat)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To decorate
5 ounces plain Chocolate (chopped)
4 Chocolate Chip Cookies
orange Flowers

Preparation steps

1.
For the puddings: melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water
2.
Gradually stir in the cream and vanilla until the mixture is smooth.
3.
Pour into serving glasses and chill until set.
4.
To decorate: sprinkle 2/3 of the chopped chocolate on top of the puddings.
5.
Melt the remaining chocolate as before and spoon into a small piping bag. Pipe 'RIP' onto the biscuits and leave to set.
6.
Place a biscuit in each pudding and place the flowers in front of the biscuits.
