Grapefruit Green Smoothie
Rinse the Swiss chard and cabbage, pat dry, remove the tough stems and coarsely chop the leaves. Peel and dice the grapefruit. Rinse the mint, pat dry and remove the leaves. Rinse the pear, cut into quarters, remove the core and roughly chop the quarters. Peel and slice the banana. Place the fruits and greens in a blender and pour in the apple juice. Blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a bit of cold water. Pour into glasses and serve.
