Grapes are high in antioxidants, beneficial plant compounds that may protect against chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. In addition, the cheese and yogurt provide calcium, which is very good for the strength of bones and teeth, while nuts provide healthy fats and proteins that are great for heart health.
You can always use other types of nuts like cashews or macadamia nuts.
