250 grams Currants (red)
200 grams Currants (black)
400 grams Vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons honey

Preparation steps

1.

Fill 4 glasses with granola, setting some aside. Drizzle with honey. Rinse currants and set 4 red currants aside.

2.

Remove panicles from currants. Top granola with red currants followed by dark currants. Pour yogurt over fruit and sprinkle with reserved granola. Serve garnished with reserved currants.
