liver cheese
1 ½ tablespoons

small tomatoes (sliced)

Chanterelle (roughly chopped)
freshly ground peppers
1 tablespoon
chopped parsley
½ cup

Preparation steps

1.
Toast the bread under a hot grill. Cut the liver cheese into thin strips.

In a frying pan, sauté the tomatoes and mushrooms in butter over a high heat for about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the grated cheese with the parsley.
3.
Arrange the strips of liver cheese on the slices of toast, put the tomato slices and mushrooms on top and finally sprinkle with the cheese and parsley.
4.
Glaze under a hot grill for a few minutes, until the cheese begins to melt.
