800 grams red Gooseberry
200 milliliters red Grape juice
1 kilogram jam sugar (1:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

Rinse the gooseberries, then add to a large pot with the juice and the sugar. Mash the berry mixture with a potato masher. 

2.

Cook over a high heat for a minutes, stirring constantly. Cook until the jam thickens, then fill the prepared jars to the brim with the jam. Seal tightly, and turn upside down to cool for 10 minutes. Turn right side up and cool completely.
