- 1 Panini (or Vintschgerl)
- 3 slices Goose breast (cold, roasted pink)
- 1 ripe Figs
- Arugula (or purslane)
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the panini and open it up. Rinse the figs, pat dry and cut into wedges. Rinse the arugula and shake dry.
2.
Lay the goose breast on the bottom of the panini. Distribute the figs on top and shower with arugula. Season with freshly ground pepper, replace the bread lid and serve.
