¾ cup Dark chocolate (60% cocoa solids)
½ cup butter
2 eggs
3 egg yolks
¼ cup sugar
1 pinch salt
¼ cup all-purpose flour

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 2 Bowls, 1 Sieve, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Tablespoon

Preparation steps

1.
Brush 6 ramekins with melted butter and chill.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Allow to cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and salt for 8-10 minutes, until thick and creamy.

Gradually fold in the melted chocolate and butter.
5.
Sift the flour onto the mixture and fold in. Turn the mixture into the prepared ramekins and chill overnight.

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4.
7.
Bake the puddings for about 15 minutes, until the middle puffs up slightly (do not open the oven while the puddings are baking). The outer layer should be baked, but the centre should be still liquid.
8.
Remove from the oven and carefully remove from the ramekins.
9.
Put on serving plates, dust with cocoa and serve with whipped cream.
