Gooey Chocolate Fondant

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Brush 6 ramekins with melted butter and chill.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water.
Whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and salt for 8-10 minutes until very creamy.
Gradually stir in the chocolate mixture. Sift in the flour and gently stir until just combined.
Spoon into the ramekins and bake for 15 minutes. The centre of the puddings will still be liquid.
Carefully remove from the ramekins and place on serving plates. Serve with cream.
