7 ounces Cream cheese (0.2% fat) (room temperature)

1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Mix goat cheese and cream cheese together and season with salt, pepper and 1 squeeze of lemon juice.

Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into small rings.

3.

Form the cheese mixture into 16 small balls. Roll balls in the chopped chives and put on small wooden skewers. Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator and serve.
