Gnocchi with Gooseberries in Curry Dressing
Cut the radicchio leaves from the stalk, then rinse and drain well. Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water and swirl in oil.
Remove the gooseberries from the papery coverings, then rinse and cut in half. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise and curry, then mix with salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and very finely chop.
Mix the gnocchi with the gooseberries and curry dressing and arrange on top of the radicchio.
