4 ounces Gluten -Free Pastry flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
3 tablespoons ground almonds
butter (or non-stick spray for the waffle iron)

Preparation steps

1.

Whip butter with sugar until creamy. Gradually add eggs and beat until fluffy. Stir in flour, baking powder and ground almonds and mix evenly into the mixture.

Grease waffle iron with a little butter, pour a small ladle of batter in the middle and bake gradually until golden brown and serve.
