- 1 kilogram Plum tomato (ripe)
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsps sesame oil
- salt

- 4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
Preparation

Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, then rinse, peel and halve or quarter. Remove seeds. Break cinnamon stick into a few pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add honey and sugar and cook until lightly caramelized.

Add the cinnamon stick pieces and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are slightly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in sesame seeds. Divide salad among bowls and serve warm.
