800 grams Radish (with greens)
80 grams butter
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons dry sherry
50 milliliters Vegetable broth (as needed)
salt
freshly ground peppers
fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the radishes, cut off the greens. Cut some of the larger radishes in half.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the sugar and melt over medium heat while stirring. Add the radishes and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the sherry, cover and simmer for about 8-10 minutes until tender. Add vegetable broth as needed. Add the radish greens for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with parsley.
