Preparation steps

Combine the flour, ground almonds, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and sour cream. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until just combined.

Place the paper baking cups into the muffin tin and fill with the batter. make paper cases into the plate wells and pour in the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice until smooth. Brush the glaze onto the cooled muffins.
