2 Bell pepper (red and yellow)
6 scallions
2 tablespoons Chili sauce (sweet-tart)
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 pinch brown sugar
1 splash Lime juice

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions.

2.

Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, trim and cut into small cubes. Rinse and trim the scallions and cut into rings.

3.

Mix the chili sauce with the ginger, the oil and the soy sauce. Season with sugar and lime juice.

4.

Mix the drained noodles with the vegetables and drizzle with the dressing. Leave to marinate for about 10 minutes and serve lukewarm.
