Ginger Martini Cocktail with Pomegranate
For the ginger Martini, peel the ginger, grate finely and boil with 6 tablespoons of Martini. Pour the liquid through a sieve and mix with the remaining Martini.
For the juice, cut the Pomegranates in half and scrape out some seeds for the garnish. Squeeze the juice from the pomegranate halves using a lemon squeezer (be careful not to splash your clothes).
To serve, place 3- 4 pomegranate seeds in each glass and fill halfway with the juice. Pour in the ginger Martini and serve.
