1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 große Bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Salad server, 1 großer Pot, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Sieve, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Bowl

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

Sift the icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl, then stir in the ground almonds.
3.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the dry ingredients until combined.

Place small spoonfuls onto the baking tray and leave to stand for 10 minutes to dry.
5.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until firm. Cool on the baking tray for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
6.
To decorate: sift the icing sugar over the macaroons.
