6 ozs Wild garlic (leaves)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse wild garlic leaves, pat dry and place leaves into a clean bottle. Pour sunflower oil into the bottle until leaves are covered.

Seal the bottle well and let rest in a bright place for 3 weeks. Strain oil through a sieve, pour into a clean bottle, add some wild garlic, seal the bottle and serve as needed.
