Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta in salt water until al dente. Drain, quench and leave to cool.
2.
Mix together the vinegar, lemon juice, honey and the oil and season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Combine all the ingredients and serve sprinkled with the Parmesan.
