Children love a colorful and sweet breakfast, and the secondary plant substances from the strawberries will help strengthen their immune system.

You can also kiwi slices, blueberries, nuts, seeds or grated coconut to decorate these pancakes.

8 ounces Ricotta cheese (or cream cheese)
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 ounces Pastry flour
½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch salt
butter (for cooking)

Banana

Preparation steps

Combine the eggs, ricotta, sugars and cinnamon until smooth. Mix the flour with baking powder and salt. Combine wet and dry mixtures and stir everything into a smooth dough. Place in a nonstick skillet 1-2 heaping tablespoons of batter per cakes and cook until golden brown on both sides over a low heat for 1-2 minutes each.

Keep finished pancakes warm in the oven (175°F). Before serving, dollop with whipped cream and put on funny faces from strawberry, banana pieces, and raisins.
