small white onion (half finely chopped, half thinly sliced into rings)

cherry tomatoes (sliced)

white Mushrooms (halved horizontally)

mixed-leaf salad

Preparation steps

Heat the grill to hot.

In a large mixing bowl, break down the mince using your hands. Incorporate the chopped onion thoroughly. Season well and form 8 equal sized balls. Flatten with your palm to make patties.
3.
Grill the patties for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until dark brown and cooked.
4.
Arrange some sliced onion and cherry tomato on the bottom halves of the white mushrooms. Top with the patties and then the top halves of the mushrooms. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and serve on top of the salad on plates.
