1 stale Baguette (350 grams)
350 milliliters milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
1 generous pinch cinnamon
4 eggs
60 grams butter
200 grams Frozen yogurt
60 grams Raspberry jam

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 80°C (approximately 175°F).

Cut the baguette in about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) thick oblique slices. Whisk the milk with the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and eggs.

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of butter in a pan, briefly turn the baguette slices in succession on both sides into the egg mixture. Place 4-5 pieces in the hot butter and saute for about 2 minutes on each side, then keep warm in the oven. Prepare all the baguette slices in this way.

Place about 5 slices on a plate, 1 scoop of ice cream and add 1-2 tablespoons of jam on top.
