Fudge with Pistachios, Cherries and Hazelnuts
Melt butter and add chocolate and condensed milk over low heat and stir just until chocolate begins to melt and stir in cherries, hazelnuts, pistachios and shortbread pieces,
Stir mixture just until smooth and chocolate is melted and immediately pour into a springform pan, about 20 cm (approximately 8 inches) diameter and spread in pan until smooth. Sprinkle with pistachios before chocolate is set, if desired. Set aside to cool for 3-4 hours and allow to set. To serve, remove from pan and cut into pieces.
