1 pinch
450 grams
225 grams
semi-sweet Chocolate chip
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract (or a few drops of vanilla essence)

Preparation steps

1.

Line a 20 x 20 cm (approximately 8 x 8 inches) baking dish with tin foil.

2.

Combine the sugar, condensed milk, butter, marshmallow creme and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate has melted completely. Pour into the prepared pan and allow to cool to room temperature. Cut into small pieces and roll gently between hands to form individual candies. Wrap each candy in parchment paper or store in an airtight container.
