Fruity Sauerkraut Salad
Peel the pineapple and cut lengthwise into columns. Remove the core and cut into small cubes. Rinse the apples and cut into quarters. Remove the core and cut into small pieces. Rinse the raisins in hot water and drain. Combine the sauerkraut, pineapple, apples, and raisins.
Mix the apple juice with salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil and toss with the salad. Cut the chicken aspic into cubes and arrange on the salad and serve.
