- 2 tsps black Tea
- 2 Tbsps Lavender honey (plus more to taste)
- 15 Ice cubes
- 1 organic Lime
- 1 sprig Peppermint
- 200 milliliters Apple juice
- 200 milliliters Peach Juice
Preparation

Add the tea to a pot, and cover with 500 ml (approximately 17 ounces) of boiling water. Steep for 3 minutes, then strain the tea and sweeten to taste with the lavender honey. Add 2/3 of the ice to the tea.

Rinse the lime in hot water, then cut in half. Cut 2 slices from the lime, and cut the slices into quarters. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lime. Mix the tea with the mint leaves, quartered lime pieces, lime juice, apple juice, and peach juice in a pitcher. Chill for at least 1 hour until ready to serve.

Fill the serving glasses with the remaining ice cubes. Fill with the tea and serve.
