4 cupsWatermelon flesh diced
3 cupshoneydew melon flesh only, chopped
3 cupsApricot cut into wedges
⅜ cupsgin
¾ bunchesBasil chopped
5 ¼ cupsGinger ale
1 ½ bottlescold Champagne

Directions

1 Place the fruit in a punch bowl, add the gin and chill for 2 hours.
2 Add the basil and the ginger ale and top up with champagne. Serve immediately.
