Place the ice cubes, gin, cointreau, orange juice and Cinzano bitters in a shaker. Shake vigorously and pour through the strainer into glasses with ice cubes.
Fill the glasses with the Schweppes lemonade and stir.
Skewer the pineapple chunks and cherries on a cocktail pick and place over the edge of the glass. Garnish with mint and serve with straws.
