Fruit with Quark Cream
Peel the oranges, removing the bitter, white skin, cut into cubes, blanch and drain.
Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Remove the green tops from the strawberries, rinse and cut in half. Cut the pineapple in half, remove the peel, quarter and cut out the stalk cut into slices.
Arrange the fruit decoratively on a plate and drizzle with Grand Marnier.
Mix the quark with the remaining ingredients until smooth and pipe with a star-shaped tip on the marinated fruit salad.
Garnish the quark mixture with the orange zest.
