For the pastry dough
200 grams Pastry flour
1 egg
30 centiliters water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pinch salt
For the filling
200 grams Apricot
200 grams Pear
50 grams Whole grain cracker
50 grams Hazelnuts
50 grams Marzipan
For the sauce
1 packet Instant pudding
250 milliliters milk
100 grams Quark
50 grams sugar

Preparation steps

For the dough, mix the flour with the egg, water, oil and salt to form a smooth, pliable dough. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes, then roll the dough out thinly.

For the filling, remove the pits from the apricots. Peel the pears and cut both fruits into small cubes. Crumble the biscuit, mix with the nuts, marzipan and the fruit, spread on top of the pastry dough and roll up. Bake in the oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 30 minutes.

For the sauce, stir the pudding mix with some milk until smooth, then stir into the boiling milk. Let cool briefly, then stir in the quark and sugar to form a creamy sauce.
