2 centiliters Maraschino liqueur
2 Kiwi
1 Papaya
1 Orange
50 milliliters Whipped cream
100 grams Mascarpone
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar (or more if desired)
1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
Sugar pearls (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Soak raisins in maraschino liqueur in a bowl for about 10 minutes. Peel kiwis, cut into quarters lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel papaya, cut in half, remove seeds and dice into small pieces. Peel orange thoroughly and cut into segments. Whip cream in a bowl.

Mix mascarpone in a bowl with lemon juice, brown sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture and then finally fold in all prepared fruit. Arrange fruit salad mixture in glasses. Serve immediately garnished with sugar pearls.
