- 4 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 125 grams Amaretto cookie
- 400 grams Whipping cream
- 250 grams Raspberries
- 150 grams Sour cherry (jarred)
Use a rolling pin to coarsely crumble amaretto cookies.
Place 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam in 4 dessert glasses, top with about half the crushed amaretto cookies, cover with raspberries, cherries and half of the whipped cream and pour in remaining jam. Repeat procedure to form layers and sprinkle tops of parfaits with crumbled amaretto cookies.
