Preparation

Kitchen utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Grill pan, 1 Tablespoon

Preparation steps

1.

Wash, dry, and core the apples and cut them into thin slices, approx. 1/4" thick. Either skewer them onto a wooden stick and dry them in the oven on its lowest setting overnight or hang the slices from a piece of string and dry for a few days at room temperature (a fruit drier may also be used). The rings are done when they are dry and leathery.
