Fruit Brandy Cocktail
Caramelise the sugar in a pot set over a medium heat, and then deglaze with the wine and the juice, stirring carefully.
Add around 200 ml water, the cinnamon stick and a piece of orange zest and heat. Do not allow to boil.
Steep for 10 min, add the Calvados and remove the cinnamon and the orange zest if desired. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with an apple wedge.
