Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 350°F, gas 4.
Mix together the fruit, sugar and lemon juice and transfer into 4 oven-proof dishes.
Mix together the coconut, flour and sugar, add the butter and mix well.
Top the fruit with the crumble mixture and bake for around 20 min until golden brown.
