Preparation steps

1.

Slice the oranges into strips. Melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water. Pour into round ramekins or large muffin tins (about 2-1/2 inches diameter). Just before the chocolate solidifies, decorate with the nuts, seeds, and fruits.

When the chocolate has set completely, carefully remove from the molds and serve.
