300 grams Chicken liver
Pastry flour (for dusting)
2 red Bell pepper
1 yellow Bell pepper
2 tablespoons Corn oil
200 grams Frozen pea
100 milliliters Veal stock (from a jar)
salt
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

Trim the chicken liver and dust with flour. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into strips.

Heat corn oil in a pan and fry the chicken liver in it over low heat. Take out the fried liver from the pan, wrap in aluminum foil and keep warm.

3.

Saute the bell peppers in the same pan while stirring and braise for about 4 minutes. Stir in the peas and fry for 2 minutes. Pour in the veal stock and let boil down slightly. Add the fried chicken liver and heat again. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
