Fried Breaded Chicken Bites
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Whisk egg. Place flour and breadcrumbs on two deep plates.
Dredge chicken pieces first in flour, then dip in egg and finally coat in breadcrumbs. In batches, fry chicken in hot oil, 4-5 minutes per batch. Serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce.
