1 Orange (filleted, juice retained)
1 Tbsp honey

Preparation steps

1.
Cut the top third off the melon using a zig-zag motion. Hollow out the large part of the melon and chopp the fruit.
2.
Mix together the orange juice and the honey and mix with the chopped fruit.
