2 eggs
100 milliliters milk
4 slices Toast (or box white bread)
8 slices Bacon
salt
freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons butter

Preparation steps

1.

Beat eggs with milk and a pinch of salt. Fry bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and keep warm. Heat butter in a pan. cut each bread slice into 3 strips, coat each strip in egg milk and fry in butter over medium heat until golden brown over medium heat.

Place in oven (70°C convection) (approximately 150°F) and keep warm until all slices are baked. Place 3 French toast with 2 slices of bacon on a plate, season with ground pepper to taste and serve immediately.
