1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Box grater, 1 Bowl, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Silicone spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper

Preparation steps

1.
Mix the prunes with the rum and leave to stand for at least 3 hours.
2.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, stir in the salt and flour and gradually add the milk to produce a smooth, fairly thick batter. Finally fold in the prunes.
3.
Butter and lightly flour a tart tin, turn the batter into it and bake in a preheated oven (180° C) for 35 to 45 minutes.
4.
Serve warm or cold.
