2 long White rolls (hot dog buns)
100 grams fresh Sauerkraut
1 tomato
1 yellow onion
1 Pickle
Ketchup
Mustard
1 package salted Chip

Preparation steps

1.

Heat frankfurters in simmering water until warmed, about 10 minutes. Rinse and slice tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into rings. Halve pickle.

2.

Drain frankfurters well and place in buns. Top with sauerkraut and season with ketchup and mustard. Serve on plates, garnished with tomato slices, onion rings, pickle and chips.
