Preparation

Ingredients

for
5
Ingredients
200 grams Fondant (White)
0.333 teaspoon edible Glue (CMC Sugarcel)
1 Cookie cutter (in petal form)
powdered sugar
yellow Food coloring
Brush

Preparation steps

1.

Remove some fondant from the roll and softly knead with hands.

2.

Knead thoroughly with the CMC powder or other edible glue.

3.

Roll out to 1 mm (approximately 1/12 inch) thick with a little powdered sugar for the petals. Cut them out with a cookie cutter and cover the unused fondant immediately with plastic wrap so it does not dry.

4.

Thin each petal at the edges with a teaspoon, dipping the spoon often in powdered sugar so it does not stick.

5.

Put the petals together at the bases at a wide angle to form the flower shape.

6.

Place each flower in a small bowl, so that the tip of the flower hangs down. Roll the flower edges a brush style outwards.

7.

For the pistols, roll some fondant with a brush into thick sticks.

8.

Color with food coloring as desired.

9.

Slide the pistols into the petals. Touch the fondant with a few drops of water to "glue" it. Let it dry before moving.
