1 Brioche (from bakery)
300 grams Foie gras
2 black Winter truffles
250 grams green Beans (blanched)
50 grams Goose liver paste

Preparation steps

1.

Cut brioche into thin slices and place 1/3 of slices on bottom of a rectangular pan with edges about 5 cm (approximately 2  inches) high.

Cut foie gras into thick slices, each about 0.5 cm (approximately 1/4 inch). Place half of beans on brioche slices and place half of foie gras slices over beans and sprinkle with finely shaved truffles. Spread a layer of goose liver paste and place second half of beans. Spread another layer of goose liver paste and place second layer of foie gras slices. Cover and press down with remaining brioche slices. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

To serve, cut into rectangular cubes and arrange on a plate.
