Flaxseed is a great source of lean protein. Mixed fruit is a great way to add vitamins to your daily diet. 

Feel free to use either fresh or frozen fruit in this recipe - either way this smoothie is super refreshing!

22 ozs Watermelon (flesh only, chopped)
12 ozs honeydew melon (flesh only, chopped)
5 ozs Raspberries
1 Banana (peeled, sliced)
1 tsp flaxseed
1 Tbsp fennel fronds (chopped)
1 Tbsp Lime juice
